- Monobloc / Close-Coupled Electric: Driven by a direct-coupled A.C. (primarily 3-phase) or D.C. electric motor.

- Manual or Electromagnetic Clutch: Features built-in 12V or 24V clutches, allowing the crew to engage or disengage the pump remotely.
